A large number of people around the world enjoy watching professional football athletes kick the ball around with so much passion and drive that they even bet their hard-earned cash, properties and investments on it.

Passion and drive are few of the top qualities that make the best football players of all time and Nigerians have been known to possess this passion and drive. Be it on the field of play, at their street/roadside competitions, off the pitch, spectating and even via their ever-trending reactions to the joys and disappointments that come with the game on every form of media available. Nigeria itself is a football loving country and home to a lot of football legends dead and living with the likes of the late Rashidi Yekini, the late Steven Keshi to the living legends; with the likes of Austin Jay Jay Okocha, Kanu Nwankwo, Mikel Obi, Ahmed Musa, Odion Ighalo, Osaze Odewingie, Obafemi Martins, the list is endless. We make bold to say this because there has never been a better yesterday and our tomorrow is only as rosy as we make it. This is why The Dream football reality television show is here.

BURNA BOY FOOTBALL SHOW is a football talent reality show aimed at empowering and supporting young football talents within Nigeria and around Africa with a focus on young male football players between the ages of 18 -21. It is also aimed at creating opportunities for athletes who may never have the chance to explore their passion for football on a professional level. The reality show will make their dream of being a football star come true.

BURNA BOY FOOTBALL SHOW is being initiated by Abu Salami, a young media professional whose passion and dream to pursue a career in football was never met due to the lack of access to opportunities such as this. Today, Abu Salami, a thriving professional photographer and filmmaker, having missed out on his dream of becoming a footballer has invented this platform to make it a reality for others.

OUR VISION

Our commitment and vision for BURNA BOY FOOTBALL SHOW is to discover as many raw football talents in Nigeria and across Africa to provide them a platform where clubs, scouts, agents, and managers can see them.

Our platform will provide them the opportunity to go on foreign clubs trials and potentially get signed through this process; we believe Africa is full of talented young players that do not get to develop their skills because of the lack of opportunity, hence the birth of this platform.

Our Mission

We are committed to making sure we put grass root football on the map and in focus to ensure that the youths of Africa are empowered and talents in Africa get discovered through this platform; we realize that with the wealth of talent in Nigeria and across Africa this platform will affect the economic growth whilst ensuring that the football legacy our fellow African football stars achieved is maintained by developing more African stars that can represent Nigeria and other African countries in international football across the world.
